Hey Guys!

Ok, so...I haven't updated my glasses in forever and it's really starting to effect my vision, as well as my ability to do anything productive. I need to get the whole shebang - exam, new frames, etc.

Since I can't really commit to more commission, I wanted to try a donation event. I've seen a lot of different things done like character polls, auctions or lotteries. I've been tossing ideas back and forth and trying to find something that works for me, but also keeps everyone interested. So I wanted to get some feedback!

I was thinking of holding a raffle-like event? Basically anyone who wants to help out can donate a minimum of $2. This will earn them one entry for the prize. You can earn up to 3 entries by donating and posting to 2 other websites, linking to the journal. I'm debating whether or not to add an additional bonus for people who donate over a certain amount? But I don't know if that would complicate things or not D:

As for the prize, I was thinking of having 3 different options. If the goal isn't met, I can still name a winner and offer something simple, like a colored sketch or lineart. If the goal is met, then a full digital image of one character. If the goal is surpassed by a certain amount, then I'll do a full digital image of two characters and throw in a simple background.
